Built in 1975, the build­ing was used by the cli­ent for of­fices. The old struc­ture, with the ex­cep­tion of its found­a­tions, will give way to a new build­ing with high en­vir­on­ment­al stand­ards and sus­tain­able con­struc­tion. Its po­s­i­tion­ing as a 3* su­per­i­or hotel mainly fea­tur­ing fam­ily rooms will bring added value to Lu­cerne and the up-and-com­ing local area. Nice! We were able to as­sist with the final stages of the tender for the op­er­at­or and man­age the in­teri­or design com­pet­i­tion through to the award stage. The cli­ent has also re-en­gaged us due to cost over­runs and to as­sist with IT in­fra­struc­ture. Tricky tasks? Yes please! We find solu­tions. Ana­lyt­ic­al, prag­mat­ic, even un­con­ven­tion­al where re­quired.
