Originally, Everything Was Planned Differently: A fresh hotel concept—innovative and contemporary. But then Covid hit, and the game changed. Instead of hotel rooms, stylish apartments were created. 
As the owner's representative for a major Swiss bank, we guided this exciting transformation: What was once a 2-star hotel with 170 rooms on Balmerstrasse in Basel became high-quality living space for 54 tenants. That’s right! The building underwent a full renovation, its character was preserved, and its entire usage concept was reimagined.
