ticino flair, reimagined

At Hotel La Palma au Lac, located directly on the lake promenade in Locarno, mediterranean flair meets a calm, clean reinterpretation. Acting as the owner’s representative, we supported the project from start to finish, aligning the owner family’s vision with budget, financing and planning – from renovation through to final handover.

The guest rooms were standardised and developed in close collaboration with the planners, refined down to the very last detail. High-quality bespoke joinery was an integral part of the concept, realised by our partner Gastruum.

We remain hands-on and involved – creating new WOW moments and shaping a strong, future-oriented positioning. Projects like this are our playground.

the biggest challenge

What started as a CHF 12 million full renovation had to be re-engineered into a CHF 4.5 million refurbishment concept.

The challenge was clear:
optimise, don’t compromise – and keep the technical renewal firmly on board.

no project without hiccups

What initially appeared to be a single ceiling turned out to be a multi-layered surprise.

Existing ceiling structures had to be removed to make room for new service installations – renovation in its most honest form.
