A hotel up­grade in fast-track mode: The ex­ist­ing H+ Hotel will be trans­formed into a styl­ish Moxy in just six months. No room for er­rors, no time for de­tours – the plan­ning has to be spot on from the very be­gin­ning. We bring all key play­ers to the table and keep everything on track. Own­ers, op­er­at­ors, man­age­ment, and the gen­er­al con­tract­or – all work­ing to­wards the same goal. The mis­sion? A smooth trans­ition and an on-time open­ing at the end of 2025 in a fresh Moxy look.
