100 com­pact stu­di­os, plus an activ­ity cen­ter with spa and res­taur­ant fa­cil­it­ies. Our crit­ic­al view of the pro­ject design, based on feed­back from the can­ton, provided po­ten­tial for im­prove­ment. Pro­tect­ing the im­me­di­ate en­vir­on­ment was an es­pe­cially high pri­or­ity for us. In­stead of plan­ning the park­ing gar­age un­der­ground and en­dan­ger­ing pro­tec­ted marsh­land, in our design we have placed it below the ski slope, with dir­ect ac­cess to the cable car. A re­spons­ible solu­tion com­bined with cus­tom­er con­veni­ence. That's what we call real added value! The pre­lim­in­ary ex­am­in­a­tion for the pro­ject has been com­pleted with just a few stip­u­la­tions, the first in­form­a­tion to the pop­u­la­tion has been provided and the vote will take place in the fall of 2025. Stay tuned!
