100 compact studios, plus an activity center with spa and restaurant facilities. Our critical view of the project design, based on feedback from the canton, provided potential for improvement. Protecting the immediate environment was an especially high priority for us. Instead of planning the parking garage underground and endangering protected marshland, in our design we have placed it below the ski slope, with direct access to the cable car. A responsible solution combined with customer convenience. That's what we call real added value! The preliminary examination for the project has been completed with just a few stipulations, the first information to the population has been provided and the vote will take place in the fall of 2025.
